TRIP Community Transport Association needs volunteer drivers in your area and we wondered if anyone in the community could help us.  We provide an invaluable service helping people get to medical appointments at a much cheaper rate than a taxi service.  Drivers are paid 50p per mile (whilst carrying passengers) and 45p per mile when empty and on the way to or from collecting a passenger.

Volunteer drivers are also needed for our fleet of minibuses to take isolated or lonely people out to pub lunches and attractions.  All expenses are paid by TRIP, including pub lunches.  Spouses are welcome to come free of charge to accompany the driver.
